Privacy Pack — your AML obligations now bring Privacy Act obligations
Since 1 July 2026, AML/CTF reporting entities no longer have the small business privacy exemption. You need a compliant privacy policy, collection notices, and a data breach response plan. The Privacy Pack builds them from your actual AML Mate setup and keeps them current as your practice changes. Included in Professional and Business plans at launch.
Integrations & API access
Electronic identity verification (EIV / DVS), automated PEP and sanctions screening at scale, and a REST API to connect AML Mate to your practice management software. Register your interest and we will give you early access when it launches.
PEP & sanctions screening is unlimited on all paid plans. Need more identity verifications than your plan includes? Additional EIV is added to your next invoice, only after you confirm. EIV per check: Essentials $5, Professional $4, Business $4.
